I camped about 2 1/2 months in Yuma Arizona. Around in and about the Mitry lake and Yuma lakes CRV areas. Now I rode my bicycle about 140 miles south east to Ajo Arizona. For about 2 weeks It got cold at night to about 32~ or so that my water almost froze solid. So I know it did not get colder,... it was still liquidy!
The Sonoran desert is hot in the day, and cold at night even in Feburary! I hope to stay here awhile then off to the Kitt Peak observatory and then to see the Very Large Antenna Array in New Mexico.
