These are pictures of a book-cabinet convertd into a server prototyping station for BASIC Stamps and Atmel AVR.
The computer drawer is copied from a computer test bench and put into the cabinet on drawer runners. I can slide a motherboard in and out in about 3-minutes and the left side is adjustable, whereas the right side is not and their are the card thumbscrews to hold the cards. all the cables normally on the backside of the computer are on the front. the drives are accesssable from the front. My Ace breadboard is on drawer runners and another drawer next up for future expansion. the Stamps and the stk-500 As well as an AVR Dragon, are located next to a computer running windows 2000 server edition. this is for working with BASIC Stamps and Atmel AVR (Butterfly)... This is a cool link to the university of Wisconsin's AVR LAB
As well as the 'Modern' Microcontrollers I also have on the rack an older 8255 that I plug into the VESA slot of the computer and I program that using GWBASIC or Q-BASIC And I suppose it can be programmed other ways too.
