dream sound

I am currently listening to my dream sound through rhapsody
The bass and the highs are just incredible. It's a lot more than just a audio eq.
but total audio control from audio input gain, filtering, equalization, delays, output boost.
Dub Side of the Moon by Easy Star All-Stars. Just wonderful enhanced audio sound.

Dream Sound Synthesis

My latest project being a audio / video digital signal processor.
watch the progress here I will be using a three DSP and 24-bit audio router on-chip, called the Atmel ATSAM3703 high performance low-cost effect processor. MIDI configurable, typical applications: effect processing (reverb, echo, chorus, etc.), MP3 decoding, MP3 player, filtering, sampling rate conversion. professional audio, consumer electronic, applications.

AVR Dragon

I put some pictures of my Dragon on my home site. http://users.adelphia.net/~quispqix/
And I show how I followed the directions on the AVR Studio 4 users guide to do the necessary
hacks to the Dragon. I also try to explain SPI or ISP programming. Now if I can only learn C++
If anyone reads my blog please e-mail me = quispqix@gmail.com thx's

voltage modules,... 5.0v 3.3v and 2.5v

Hi, I made some 'voltage modules' to plug into a breadboard. As you can see the input voltage 9volts is the black and red leeds on the left,
the regulated voltage 5.0 3.3 2.5 ~ et al is on the right side now on the breadboard I send the 9volts through the left rails and the right side has the voltage I want . See!

Texas Insturments

The MSP430 platform of ultra-low-power 16-bit RISC mixed-signal processors from TI provides the ultimate solution for battery-powered measurement applications. This is a small RISC processor I wandered upon on the internet. The USB item at right is the programmer / development system partially shown and missing (Shown Left) from the USB fob is the MSP430F2012-based target boards

I like learning about the Microcontrollers and This unit has C++ and Online courses Meet the MSP430: An Introduction to the MSP430 Ultra-Low-Power MCU This is pretty niffty!

More on the cabinet/prototyping station 64-Bit's Suck!

I'll update this blog with some new features I added to my cabinet. But not tonight. I added my usb- to serial switch and 3-A/V connectors ,S-Video and trying for a YPbPr connector and a switch from an old Apple Imagewriter with a real soft 'touch' for powering up my systems. The computers sit back-facing, so I want to add the DVD's a layer up and facing me so I don't have reach around the cabinet to load a CD/DVD.
On a random note, a workmate and myself have come to the conclusion that 64-Bit machines suck and we have not determined if it's Windows 64 or Vista 64 or the chip(s) or Mobo or Intel or AMD.
We just think their are more bugs. than its worth. We are downgrading. The problem seems to be blue screen and re-booting for no reason. Anyone else having the similar problems?

Pictures of cabinet

Pictures on Flickr

These are pictures of a book-cabinet convertd into a server prototyping station for BASIC Stamps and Atmel AVR.

The computer drawer is copied from a computer test bench and put into the cabinet on drawer runners. I can slide a motherboard in and out in about 3-minutes and the left side is adjustable, whereas the right side is not and their are the card thumbscrews to hold the cards. all the cables normally on the backside of the computer are on the front. the drives are accesssable from the front. My Ace breadboard is on drawer runners and another drawer next up for future expansion. the Stamps and the stk-500 As well as an AVR Dragon, are located next to a computer running windows 2000 server edition. this is for working with BASIC Stamps and Atmel AVR (Butterfly)... This is a cool link to the university of Wisconsin's AVR LAB
As well as the 'Modern' Microcontrollers I also have on the rack an older 8255 that I plug into the VESA slot of the computer and I program that using GWBASIC or Q-BASIC And I suppose it can be programmed other ways too.

quispqix' homepage

quispqix

Hello I started using html code at home so I went ahead and updated my homepage with code. I actually like it! It's is alot better than paste publishers! EVEN if the page is not formatted with stuff next to each other or in the middle of the page! I link to Stage 6 and I link to Google Video too, actually to my PLU4011 Productions Videos. (Bananas) I hope you enjoy them! Have a mushroom on me! PLU4085 Also I wiil try to keep the URL up to date because Adelphia was bought out by Comcast and I want to loose my E-Mail account so I can stop getting Solicitations for Medications I never www.meriam-webster.com/cgi-bin/audio.pl?knew0001.wav=knew how to ab-use. I am going through the examples on the MRS (Microsoft Robotics Studio) And hopefully I figure it out soon. Meanwhile the BASIC Stamps are being programmed in PBASIC. Iam setting up my PSP to control lights and stereo via html cgi through the PINK Modules,...
I'll let you know how it works out!

First blog Tuesday January 16, 2007

Testing my blog,... on the quispqix-roboqix blog.
I might keep the intrest on the Microsoft Robotics Software and the Visual Studio Express VPL Languages. Atmel AVR and DivX Google Movies and of course Food.
